The H Factor has worked in close partnership with a fast-growing international technology startup based in Paris for its recruitment needs. Created in 2013, the company has now 180 employees.

Over the past 3 years, the company hired through the H Factor 15 driven, entrepreneurial-minded young professionals to penetrate new European markets or strengthen them (Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands). The earliest recruits now hold leadership roles within the company.

During the first years following its creation, the company experienced double-digit growth and opened 3 new markets. They had no internal HR department, and operational managers did not have the capacity to manage recruiting processes as they were swamped with daily operations. Also, while the company was getting interesting press in France attracting some of the most brilliant candidates, its reputation abroad was still to be made.

The company partnered with the H Factor to increase the effectiveness of the recruitment of foreign candidates for critical roles on new markets. Ideal profiles were goal-driven, entrepreneurial-minded and had a great understanding of their market (players, rules and dynamics). They were also hungry to learn fast, very adaptable, independent and spoke excellent English on top of their native language. They were also a great fit with the company culture, shaped by a strong results orientation, humility, a strong team spirit and a great sense of humor.

The company has recruited 12 new talents to date through the H Factor. The earliest recruits hold today leadership positions within the company. The collaboration evolved towards more senior candidates as well along the way.
