Introduction

The H Factor began its partnership early 2018 with a pioneering Innovation Consulting firm founded in 2008 in Madrid. The company has quickly become a leader in the global innovation scene and has grown to almost 180 employees. Its mission is to enable innovation and accompany transformation within large organizations using startup methodologies and leveraging their extensive network of experts. They also curate content for two of the most important business and technology publications globally.

Over a 6-month period, they have successfully hired through the H Factor 4 driven,  entrepreneurial-minded interns to join their Marketing & Communications practice. The new hires were playing a critical paper in the organization of two large-scale European innovation conferences.

Of the 4 young talents that the company recruited within a 6-month period through the H Factor, 3 have been offered to join the company permanently upon finishing their internship.
